STRACON is pleased to announce the launch of its 2024 Trainee Program, welcoming 32 talented young individuals who began their training on January 15. This group of trainees will be participating in various areas of the company, both in operational projects and at the Central Office in Lima, gaining knowledge and practical experience in the dynamic world of mining.
