On February 28, STRACON successfully concluded its training program “Building Leaders,” designed to strengthen leadership capabilities and strategic management within the organization. This initiative is part of our commitment to continuous professional development and the promotion of an organizational culture grounded in excellence and sustainable growth.

Over the course of three intensive modules, 34 leaders from various areas of the company participated in sessions focused on strategic decision-making, effective leadership, and operational sustainability.
