At STRACON, we reaffirm our commitment to safety and operational excellence. We are pleased to announce that we have reached a major milestone at our operation in the Constancia Mine, operated by Hudbay Minerals and located in Peru: 11 years and 23.9 million man-hours without lost time incidents.

This achievement not only reflects the ongoing efforts of our teams to maintain safe work environments, but also reinforces our preventive culture, built on responsibility, operational discipline, and respect for life.

Since the beginning of our operations at Constancia, the implementation of strict safety protocols, continuous training for our personnel, and the ongoing improvement of our processes have been essential to achieving this result.
