STRACON successfully completed the Specialization Program for Productivity Assistants in Civil Construction, developed in partnership with Anglo American – Quellaveco and the Luis E. Valcarcel Institute in Ilo. This initiative benefited 40 young people from the city of Ilo, who now possess new technical skills and greater opportunities to access the formal job market.

As a result, some graduates have already been hired for projects where STRACON operates—marking a concrete step toward generating skilled local employment.
