STRACON has been awarded a contract to provide operational support with a fleet of high-capacity equipment at Mina Justa, located in the Ica region, marking the beginning of its working relationship with Marcobre, one of the country’s leading copper producers.

The service includes 220-ton mining trucks along with high-capacity loading equipment, which will operate for a period exceeding five years. Additionally, the maintenance of the entire fleet will be carried out on-site by STRACON’s specialized personnel, ensuring high standards of safety, availability, and operational efficiency.

Mina Justa is one of the most important copper projects in Peru, and STRACON’s incorporation marks the beginning of a new stage of collaboration between the two companies.

This contract represents an important step for STRACON in consolidating its presence in large-scale mining operations in the country, as well as strengthening its portfolio of services for the mining industry.
