With the purpose of recognizing those who exemplify the values that are part of its organizational culture, STRACON held the first annual edition of ReconoSe, an initiative created to highlight employees who, throughout the year, have demonstrated an outstanding commitment to the principles that guide the organization’s work and way of operating.

The ceremony brought together employees from different projects and their families in a special event designed to celebrate their achievements, career journeys, and contributions. Through inspiring stories and shared experiences, the event highlighted the positive impact that people create within their teams, projects, and communities, while recognizing examples that reflect core values such as integrity, collaboration, commitment, and leadership.

More than a recognition event, ReconoSe reaffirms STRACON’s belief that people are the driving force behind its growth and development.
