As part of our commitment to innovation and continuous improvement, STRACON has fully digitalized the Behavioral Improvement Program at the Antamina Project. This initiative eliminates the need for physical checklists and enables safety findings to be recorded directly through a mobile application developed in-house by our team.

The tool was co-designed by the Production, Project Innovation, and PMC teams, allowing workers to enter observations in real time. The system automatically generates reports and visualizations through a dynamic dashboard, enhancing data traceability and enabling faster, more effective decision-making in response to operational risks.

Beyond streamlining the reporting process, this solution strengthens our safety culture by encouraging more active participation in risk identification and incident prevention. It represents a step forward toward a more efficient, digital operation aligned with the demands of modern, responsible mining.
