STRACON is proud to congratulate the 30 participants who successfully completed the 2024 STRACON Trainee Program. Over the course of six months, these trainees underwent intensive training, rotating through key areas in our projects and offices, guided by technical tutors, mentors, and people management experts.

This program, designed to identify and nurture new talent, has been a crucial platform for young professionals to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and challenging environment. We are pleased to announce that 27 of these talented individuals will join our #FuerzaQueConstruye, taking on important roles within the company: 16 in projects (including 2 in Colombia), 9 in our Central Office, and 2 at the Lurín Workshop.

The success of this program reflects STRACON’s commitment to the professional development of the next generation of leaders in the mining industry. We thank all the trainees for their effort, dedication, and commitment over the past months, and we officially welcome them as integral members of our team.
