STRACON has recently concluded a new edition of the Building Leaders Program, a STRACON initiative aimed at strengthening leadership and management competencies among its teams, as part of its talent development strategy.

In this second edition, more than 40 leaders participated over a three-week period in practical sessions and collaborative learning spaces, addressing key topics such as personal and team leadership, decision-making, and negotiation, while also encouraging the exchange of experiences and best practices among participants.

This program continued to consolidate internal training spaces focused on leadership skills development, promoting more aligned and collaborative team management across different projects.
