STRACON held its Annual Quality Leaders Meeting, a technical session focused on reviewing the performance of quality control and assurance processes across the Group’s various projects.

During the meeting, teams analyzed results, updated guidelines, and assessed improvement opportunities aimed at resource optimization, methodology standardization, and the strengthening of operational efficiency. The session also provided a space to share experiences among projects, identify best practices, and consolidate common criteria that help maintain consistency and reliability in our operations.

This working session enabled a cross-functional review of quality processes, the identification of improvement opportunities, and the alignment of criteria for their implementation across different projects.
