At STRACON, we are proud to share the success of a flagship program in collaboration with the “Chilloroya Women Entrepreneurs Association,” an initiative driven by our client Hudbay Peru S.A.C. This project, which we have supported for over a year, is part of a strategic partnership between the company and the community to strengthen the capabilities of local women.

Today, we are pleased to announce that the women of this Association are now responsible for producing 400 safety vests that will be used across the various projects where STRACON operates. This achievement not only highlights the skill and dedication of the participants but also underscores the importance of collaborative efforts in reaching significant goals.

The program has enabled the women involved to transform their lives by providing them with the right tools and fostering an entrepreneurial spirit.
