At STRACON, together with Fenix Gold, we are carrying out a training program for 30 women from the Atacama region, Chile, selected from over 1,300 applicants. This initiative aims to strengthen their skills and open new employment opportunities in the mining industry.

The program includes theoretical classes, simulator training, and on-site practical experience, providing participants with comprehensive preparation to thrive in a sector that increasingly demands diverse and skilled talent.

Through this initiative, we reinforce our commitment to local development and highlight the value of female participation in mining, promoting inclusion and recognizing their contribution to the economic and social growth of the region and the country.
