STRACON and Fenix Gold continue strengthening training opportunities for women in mining
The training program for women in the Atacama region of Chile has moved into a new stage with the start of simulator-based practice. This initiative, developed by STRACON in partnership with Fenix Gold, aims to expand access for more women to operational roles within the mining sector.
After completing the theoretical phase, participants began practical sessions that allowed them to apply their knowledge and become familiar with real operational scenarios through the use of simulators.
Through this joint effort, we continue to promote development opportunities and contribute to increasing women’s participation in the mining industry.
