At STRACON, we know that family is the driving force behind everything we do. With this in mind, we carried out the “Safe Families” campaign at the Quellaveco project—an initiative that allowed our employees’ families to see firsthand their loved ones’ workplace and learn about our strong commitment to safety and well-being.

During the visit, participants took part in a guided tour of the operations, as well as activities focused on prevention and safety, both at work and at home. This experience showcased the high safety standards we apply every day and helped strengthen families’ trust in the work STRACON performs.

These gatherings reflect our purpose of building a safety culture that goes beyond the workplace—extending to homes and communities—and reaffirm that behind every task lies a genuine commitment to life, integrity, and people’s well-being.
